Thermoforming Process for Ear Covers:

Ear covers are typically produced using the thermoforming process. The plastic sheet is first heated until it becomes soft, then placed over the mold. A vacuum is applied to pull the softened sheet tightly against the mold surface. After cooling and setting, the product is trimmed to its final shape.

Quality Control:

  • Each product undergoes 100% full inspection
  • Only parts that meet the ±0.003 mm dimensional tolerance are accepted
  • Ensures measurement accuracy of ±0.2°C for the final product
